- All the store's products are printed specifically for the customer upon request, so it is not possible to return and exchange if the customer does not want to keep the product for any reason.

- Plain T-shirts (without any additions to them) can be returned if the customer does not want to keep them, provided that they are in their original condition and within 3 days of receiving them, and the customer will bear the return costs.
- The order can be canceled or modified (size, design, color, data... etc.) before starting to execute the order by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- The store is obligated to return the purchase amount or replace the product in the event of any error on the part of the site, such as non-arrival of the product or the arrival of a product contrary to what was required, provided that we are notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
- In the event that the order was sent to the customer and he did not receive it and the product was returned to us, the customer will be charged 35 riyals for shipping again.
- Shipments returned for non-receipt are kept for a period of one month, and the customer is not entitled after that to claim them in the event that he does not return to the store during the period.
